In 2007 the visitor mix was wide ranging with around 18% at ceo/md level and a further 15% with non-specific directorships. While some 11% of visitors had specific IT responsibility at management or director level, 6% were involved in business development and there were also key groups with specific responsibility for fraud or security matters and e-commerce.Visitors also had control over purchasing an enormous array of products for their organisations. The list or areas mentioned included: e-commerce systems, digital media, EPoS hardware, revenue management software, in-store systems, workplace management applications, loss prevention/security systems, business intelligence and supply chain technology.
