Tony Smith has over 8 years high level marketing and online experience across an range of industries. Tony has worked with high profile brands such as The Body Shop, Interflora and more recently Jessops; initially as Head of CRM and now as Head of Ecommerce and Call Centres – where Tony has been key in improving the customer experience and business profitability.

Prior to this Tony was responsible for the UK launch of The Body Shop CRM loyalty scheme (Love Your Body Club) and the development of Interflora digital and direct CRM capabilities driving and tripling revenues while maximising profitability through effective customer management.
