Ginny is an HR Manager for johnlewis.com. Ginny is the owner of development provision for the website team at johnlewis.com. This incorpoates diverse skill sets from Customer Service to Operations, from Web Selling to Finance. Her role is that of a consultant in the business, utilising the best of the department store and Head Office development offer and tailoring it for the johnlewis.com team. She also researches, writes and delivers bespoke training courses for johnlewis.com; alternatively, external trainers are commissioned by her for specific development needs.
Ginny had a broad understanding of retail and retail e-commerce. Her ten year career in John Lewis has included senior shopfloor management, project management, call centre management and six years in HR. Focused currently on development in an online business, Ginny has previously covered recruitment, procedures, reward and HR budgeting.
