Patrick Tame founded Beringer Tame, a recruitment company which specialises in e-Commerce and Online Marketing jobs.  Patrick has experience of structuring and recruiting online teams for several retailers, both multi-channel high street brands and internet pure-plays.  Clients include John Lewis, M&S, Dixons Stores Group, Carphone Warehouse, Moonpig.com, Firebox.com and ebay.  Since being established in 2005, Beringer Tame have grown quickly and are now the leading recruitment agency in their sector.

Patrick started his career as an Army Officer and first discovered a passion for recruitment as an Army recruiting officer.  After leaving the Army, Patrick joined Michael Page Marketing where he ran the retail marketing desk and latterly also took responsibility for the travel marketing desk.  He founded Beringer Tame in 2005 to in response to the changing market to focus on internet retail.
