Each of these channels presents a rich and compelling experience, that is a challenge to reproduce on the Web using conventional approaches. Michael will demonstrate how Anthropologie uses creativity and Rich-media applications to design a Website with a customer experience that is brand consistent with the other channels."
Michael is the Executive Director of Marketing for Anthropologie, with full P&L responsibility for the Catalog & Ecommerce business -- which he launched for Anthropologie 10 years ago -- as well as directing marketing for the Retail channel. Prior to Anthropologie, Michael was a Direct Marketing consultant and worked for Smith & Hawken, Banana Republic and Macy’s West.
