Presenter: John Nugent, Vice-President and General Manager, EMEA Biography: John brings over 13 years of email marketing and web analytics experience to his position as Vice President and General Manager, EMEA. Prior to Responsys, John was formerly Managing Director EMEA of DoubleClick. He had previously served as Director of Strategic Services at DoubleClick, providing email marketing and web site analytics consultancy to clients including AOL, P&G and Intel.

Prior to DoubleClick, John has held Marketing Director positions at Email Reaction, Barclays Bank and Encyclopaedia Britannica. John holds a law degree, a post-graduate diploma in marketing, and is a member of the DMA Email Marketing Council.
